Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and promotional materials provided.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
